Have you ever replied to an email or forwarded an email in Apple’s Mail.app and then needed to check what the contents of the email were? In many cases the easiest way is to go to your sent box and dig through until you find the email. Of course, this is not very fast. There is in fact a much, much faster and easier way: click the icon.


If you have ever looked at an email in your inbox after forwarding or replying to it you will see a small icon. There is a curly icon for reply and a right facing arrow for forward. What isn’t radily apparent is the fact you can click on these icons. By doing so you bring up the email you sent!
